July ☀️was a busy month for our whole team – even with the summer holidays, there was no let-up!
Behind the scenes, our busy Duty Doctors not only triaged but dealt with and answered and completed some of the 5,241 requests through Ask My GP,
We delivered 2775 appointments – that’s 1528 Face to face 👥 and 1203 telephone ☎️ consultations.
For many health concerns, a phone call 📞 can be just as effective as coming in to the Practice – and it saves you time 🕰️
Where possible, you can choose what works best for you: telephone or face-to-face – our Duty Doctor 🧑🏻⚕️ will then look at this request when triaging and decide if this is the best way forward for you.
Our Clinicians carried out 44 home 🏠 visits to our housebound patients.
Sadly, 143 patients did not attend for their appointments,- these are appointments which could have been offered to other patients in need. If you know you can’t make your appointment- , please contact us so we can cancel it for you.
As well as seeing and speaking to our patients our clinicians also processed 1029 test 🧪results, and issued 4,023 💊 prescriptions.
Our hardworking receptionists answered and dealt with 3,357 phone 📞 calls.
