3242 AMGP requests were triaged by the Duty Doctors in April . This were all dealt with in a timely manner and patients contacted by our Super Sorters !!
These requests were converted into 1633 face to face appointments 👥 and 566 telephone ☎️ consultations. That’s a total of 2261 appointments.
62 patients were visited in their homes 🏠
1011 test results 🧪 were processed .

You can also order your repeat prescriptions on the App too . You can do this 24/7 meaning you never have to run out of your medications 💊 !!
We processed 4049 prescriptions in April.
Did you know you could request your Fit Notes 🗒️ on AMGP ? 138 patients who requested their Fit Notes in April did !
Our Did Not Attend figure went down in April
From 159 to 107 . This is a step in the right direction but every missed appointment is a missed opportunity for somebody else !
