We take all patient feedback very seriously. If you would like to give us any feedback or make a complaint regarding the surgery or the services we offer, please contact us by telephone and ask to speak to a manager, who will be happy to assist you.

Please note, it is practice policy for our Reception Team to take your name and contact details and pass these to a manager. One of the Managers will contact you within 4 days of receipt.
