PHARMACY FIRST IS EXPANDING FROM 1ST OCTOBER!
From 1st October, participating pharmacies will be able to offer treatment and advice for five additional conditions:
Migraine in adults
Complex hay fever in children
Outer ear infections in adults
Mild skin infections and scabies
Acne in young people and adults
This means that for many common conditions, your local pharmacy could be your first port of call – without needing to contact the GP practice first.
Pharmacists are highly trained healthcare professionals and can assess your symptoms, offer advice and, where appropriate, provide treatment.
