Please use the Patient Access App to order your repeat prescriptions. You can access this by clicking the Repeat Prescriptions Button on this page.
If you don’t have access to this service, please call reception on 01942 482000 and ask for this to be provided.
Alternatively you can contact your local pharmacy and sign up to their electronic prescription service. This will allow you to order your prescription by contacting the pharmacy. Once processed, your prescription can be collected directly from your pharmacy.
If you prefer not to utilise these services, then you can come into the practice to hand in your repeat prescription form.
Please do not use Askmygp to request prescriptions.
Please allow 48 hours for prescription requests.
