Jennifer Hornby

Jen is a registered Nurse with over 18 years of experience, having qualified in 2008 after studying at the University of Central Lancashire (UCLan). she began her nursing career in acute medicine, gaining valuable clinical experience at both Wigan and Aintree Hospitals.
In 2017, she progressed into General Practice, where she have developed extensive experience as a Practice Nurse. She is passionate about delivering high-quality, patient-centred care and believes strongly in taking a holistic approach to assessing and supporting patients. She is committed to promoting positive health outcomes while ensuring patients feel listened to, respected and involved in decisions regarding their care.
