November has continued to be a busy month for The Staff at The Dicconson Group Practice.
Our Clinicians have seen:
1325 patients Face to Face and spoken to 538 patients on the telephone. They have also visited 80 patients in their homes.
Unfortunately 63 patients didn't attend for their appointments and failed to let us know.
Our Practice Nursing Team have seen and spoken to 326 patients but 35 patients didn't show for their appointments.
Our Nursing team and Clinicians have vaccinated another 38 patients with their flu vaccine.
The First Contact Physio saw and spoke to 100 patients and had 9 patients that failed to attend their appointment.
And finally our Clinical Pharmacist spoke to 259 patients about their Medication Reviews.
Meanwhile 3455 requests were logged on AMGP. 163 Fit Notes were processed. 1057 Lab Reports were dealt with and 4035 Prescriptions were issued.
